Refund policy

Monthly plans (Featured, Featured Pro). Cancel anytime by emailing martinvatela@gmail.com. Your placement stays active until the end of the period already paid, and you will not be charged again.

Express review ($49 one-time). If we have not completed the review within the promised 48 hours, or we cannot review your server at all, we refund the fee in full. Once a review is completed the fee is non-refundable, whether or not the server receives the verified badge.

Mistakes. If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or did not receive what you paid for, email us within 30 days and we will review it and refund where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.
